John-Hamilton founded Paladin Real Estate Investment in Chicago in 2001. His work serves investors, property owners, buyers, developers, and business owners, connecting real estate economics with transaction strategy and execution.
His background includes owning, managing, designing, rehabilitating, and building residential properties, alongside commercial investment sales, tenant representation, business brokerage, and development strategy.
Before concentrating on commercial brokerage, John-Hamilton worked in executive consulting, sales, leadership, and negotiation. That experience included complex global contracts and work with major corporate clients. It informs how he assesses leverage, qualifies counterparties, and structures a practical path forward.
A Chicago native with international experience in Europe and Latin America, John-Hamilton brings local knowledge and a broader business perspective to Show Me How + Podcast.
